About
One person accountable. No handoffs.
I am Joseph Valenti. I implement and automate Pipedrive for companies that bought the software and never finished setting it up. The person who scopes your work stays accountable for it through handover. You will not be sold by me and then handed to someone you have never met.
I work from Beaconsfield, Québec. Ten years and more with Pipedrive, roughly ten years in business process automation, and about two years applying AI to the same problems: sales pipelines, data migration, and the integrations that connect a CRM to the rest of a business.
Behind me is a partner firm of more than thirty-five engineers, technicians and AI-implementation specialists, including three data scientists and two PhD computer scientists. I have worked with them for fifteen years and draw a standing group of about fifteen onto client work. They are contracted specialists rather than employees. Some of them will deal with your team directly during a build; I stay accountable for all of it.
How an engagement runs
The plan is written down before anything is built.
Usually the system asks for work it does not give back. That is a design problem, not a discipline problem. My job is to find where that is happening and rebuild the configuration so the CRM does the work instead of your team.
Specification before build
Before anything is configured, I write down what is going to change (pipeline stages, fields, automations, integrations) so you see the plan and can argue with it while changing it is still cheap. Building against an agreed specification, rather than improvising inside the account, is what keeps the result matching what you asked for.
One person accountable throughout
The person who runs the discovery conversation writes the specification and stays on the engagement through handover. Nothing is scoped by one person and executed by another. If a decision needs revisiting mid-build, you are talking to the person who made it.
The fair question
If I am not available.
An independent practice is a reasonable thing to be nervous about. Here is what protects you, in concrete terms rather than promises:
- The delivery team has worked together for fifteen years and does not turn over between your project and the next one.
- Every engagement ends with written configuration documentation: what was built and why, handed over as a matter of course rather than on request.
- Each automation gets a recorded screen walkthrough, so anyone can see how it works without waiting for me to explain it.
- Admin credentials are yours from the first day. I never hold an account hostage to my own availability.
- Nothing proprietary. I build with standard Pipedrive configuration and mainstream integration tools, so any competent Pipedrive consultant can pick up the account and carry on.
- Engagements are scoped in weeks, with a defined end, rather than open-ended quarters that quietly depend on my staying available.
- No retainer is required after handover. You do not pay to keep access to your own system.
I built it this way deliberately. If something happened to me, or you simply wanted a different consultant next year, you should be able to walk away with everything you need and lose nothing.
Honest limits
What I will not do.
Part of the job is telling you when the answer is no. I turn down work that should not be done: an automation that papers over a broken process, a build that solves the wrong problem, a scope that will not fit the time available. Saying no to those is part of what you are paying for, not a failure to sell you something.
I also do not put client names, logos or testimonials on this site. The work stays private, because it belongs to the companies that paid for it. That is the same reason there is no wall of case studies here: a consultant who shows you one client's account is a consultant who will show somebody else yours.

Start a conversation.
A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether this is a fit, and whether the problem is even a Pipedrive problem. It costs nothing.
